The gentleman’s name was Malik from JPN that replaced my water heater located in the attic which we all know is miserably hot!!! "Ernie's Plumbing does good work. But they are horribly expensive. Overly expensive and that's why I rate them low. He spent 15 mins at my home to repair my outside faucet, and it still leaks a little, but not as bad as before they came out. I will use a different service next time. I have used them 2 or 3 times before. They did really well on the inside stuff. But not this time. They are still very very very overpriced. I'm on a fixed budget and retired so every penny counts. They need to lower their prices."

"My original quote with the first company was that it would cost me 575.00 to repair my faucet. Tioga charged 245.00 to repair the faucet. It was corroded pipes between sheet rock and the outside bricks. They had to fuse and replace piping and faucet still 245.00 I do not feel cheated."

"Chad was great! We had a faucet leak that went from a slow drip to a big drip overnight? I called C & W first thing on Wed am and was put on the waiting list for Wed. Jennifer called at 3:30 to say Chad was enroute. He arrived 15 mins later. After looking over the issue, Chad gave us the quote and changed out a cartridge on the hot water side. It had been replaced 6 months ago by another plumber (not sure if it was a bad cartridge or other issue). He was finished in 20 minutes and no issues so far?. We will definitely use C&W again and will ask for Chad. Very courteous and fill confident about this repair."
