They quickly assessed the issue and course of action, and in a very short time took care of a deep and 'aged' clog. Once the initial issue was resolved, a drip was noticed in the basement in a related pipe.  They replaced and improved this pipe in as quick a fashion!  They were personable, very, very neat and especially tolerant of our 3 little 'supervisors' ( dogs!) who were, at times under foot. "They called me back within 15 minutes and showed up within 3 hours of my call. Identified the problem immediately and repaired the loose nut. Their representative was quite polite and did a good clean job. In fact, he was somewhat apologetic because it took him only 15-20 minutes to complete the job and their minimum is $140 for the 1st hour, so, since I had 45 minutes to go, I asked him to look & fix a couple of other minor plumbing "situations", he helped with those too. Good job done. Good company, will definitely use them again!!"
