"Steve and Ray did a fantastic job locating a leak below the cement slab of our 2064 square foot one story house. The leak was really hard to find because it was 3 feet below the slab, but they persevered and drew a box on the slab within 2 or 3 feet of the actual leaks, there were 2 leaks a foot apart in the copper pipe. I think they used every method at their disposal to find the leak, including gas injection, sound listening, temperature, air blowing out through holes they drilled, etc.. Even though it took multiple days, they charged us the quoted price. Their communication was the best I've ever experienced, answering emails within 30 minutes even at 10 pm, and phone calls were either answered or returned within 5 minutes. They always came at the exact time they quoted, and sometimes a little early.  For tough leak locating, they rock!

He was priced right and did good work and was very friendly and when I finally opened my pool cover the day after he had opened my pool and notice an abnormal amount of dirt and sediment, I took a picture and sent it to him. He responded immediately with concern and not an attitude. He offered to be there immediately to clean the bottom of the pool again. I was ok with doing it myself and just wanted to work through with him how it had happened. This all before he had been paid. I got the bill and he had discounted the bill from our original agreement. It was a good enough discount so that i could fell could what had happened and I will definately will use him again."
