"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. "I called Sykes Plumbing services on a Saturday to come out and look at a leak in my laundry room. The young lady I spoke with was professional and pleasant. She confirmed availability of a plumber to provide same day service and provided a ballpark estimate of what the repair may cost based on my description of the problem. She also shared that there was a fee (very reasonable) to diagnose the problem and if I approved the work to be completed then the fee would be applied to the cost of the repairs. This was fine with me. Mr. Sykes, a master plumber and the owner of the company, arrived within the specified timeframe and wore shoe covers to protect my floor. Mr. Sykes was professional, neat in appearance and pleasant to deal with. He introduced himself, handed me his card and went to work. He assessed the problem and found that there was no plumbing problem but rather my wash machine was leaking. Although Mr. Sykes did not make any repairs since the leak was an appliance issue, I would call Sykes Plumbing Services again. Mr. Sykes was honest in his diagnoses and did not try to make a job where there wasn't one. I rated him an "A" in all categories as a result."
