"The process went smooth, and the Technicians started on it the moment they arrived. I called Mr. Su'Coy and explained the situation he immediately set up an appointment with me to get the necessary repairs made. Mr. Su'Coy sent the first technician out to investigate the issue with the AC leaking and followed up with 2 young technicians to complete the job. The technicians that came out for the inspection and the 2 young technicians were on point with being on the schedule set. They were respectful to me and did the task that they came for expeditiously and so quiet I almost forgot they were still in the house. This is a well ran company and I would recommend them to anyone in need of the service they provide. The AC is working great and the Repairs were made for a very reasonable price. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

He worked neat clean. costumer support conact was provided for future service. He was very efficient. Very fair pricing, they also provide a discount on service during the winter time.
