Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

He was friendly and honest, I believe. I think the cost was fair. It was a fair amount of money but it was a lot of work too."

"We had a pipe freeze and burst in an exterior wall shared by the master bathroom. A large mirror had been mounted on the same wall by the former owners that needed to come down before the plumber could access the pipes and make repairs. Stephen and his assistant made a priority of our project, showed up first thing in the morning, and had the mirror out within 10 minutes. He was very punctual, polite, and careful. I will be bringing him back to do future work on our windows."
