"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"Rich did all the required work and then some quickly and professionally. I hired Castle Services to repair or replace a leaking kitchen faucet. When finished, it didn't need to be replaced; merely replacing some worn "O" rings. And then Rich replaced the electrical outlet for my garbage disposer!! It hadn't worked for MONTHS!! When the weather warms some, Rich will return and clean out my roof gutters. He is a superb maintenance and repair artist. He has my highest regard and I recommend him enthusiastically."
