"Our stone walk way is on a very steep hill.  Ab and his team worked carefully to get the 200-300 pound stones down the hill to the path site with minimal disturbance to the yard and grass.  He suggested a certain type of stone that would provide long-term durability and stability for the walk to the lake and added pleasing curves so that the steps looked more inviting than a cold stairway.  He was careful to plant grass along the sides of the pathway where the construction disturbed the grass already in place.  While the weather was extremely hot, he and his team worked every day until the project was completed, about 3 days.  They showed up when expected and communicated their plans for the next day at the end of each day.  There were no surprises.  We ended up with some extra materials (stones) and he added extra steps at the side of the house even though that wasn't part of the original design.  There was no additional cost for this work."

"Before removing or cleaning anything we would set up a 3200 cfm air scrubber on the outside of the building tied into one of
the foundation vents to create a negative pressure in the crawl space. This will keep dust, mold and odors from traveling
upstairs and harming tenants. Next all the crawl space vents will be sealed using foam board and expanding foam. All visible
floor penetrations such as holes where wires and pipes extend through the sub floor will also be sealed. Once everything is
sealed and a negative pressure has been created we will begin the project. The project would start with a deep cleaning of the
crawl space area. All debris would be removed including old vapor barrier, trash, large rocks, old pipes, etc.
All insulation will be removed. It will be bagged and hauled away all in same day.

(heavy duty paper towel) all wood surfaces will be swiped, the towel will be folded then swiped again untill all mold particles are
removed, never rubed into the surface. The cleaning solution ''Advanced Cleaning Solution'' made by Anabec. After thoroughly
cleaning the affected wood surfaces we will apply ''mold control''. Concrobium Mold Control effectively eliminates and prevents
mold with no bleach, ammonia or VOCs. Concrobium works as it dries by crushing the mold spores at the roots and leaving
behind an invisible antimicrobial barrier to prevent future mold growth. This will be applied by use of a fogger. The fogger
guarantees every square inch is covered.

S J Plont and Company has the upmost integrity, are honest, and so trustworthy.  I felt comfortable enough to leave them alone in my house to install my floors for an entire week. 
We first used this company to install hardwood stairs, risers, wrought iron spindles and hardwood throughout the upstairs of our house.  They completed the project in a timely manner and always went above and beyond what any contractor would do.  We installed all of this in a lived in, furnished house and they always took pride and were so careful when moving our furniture, etc.  What a  beautiful job done!!!
After the work on the inside of our house went so well and we saw how versatile they were, we decided to use them for all of our storm damage on the outside of our house.  They framed out our screened in porch and installed new screen, framed out and rebuilt our deck, repaired our roof and gutters and installed lots of new vinyl siding.  We had lots and lots of storm damage.  Each and every project that they worked on was completed in the time frame they allotted and was completed the right way the first time around!! We then decided to break down and have them provide our lawn care.  They come bi-weekly to maintain our yard and keep it looking great throughout the season.  I never have to worry if they are going to show up. They come on time each week when expected and mow, edge and blow our yard as needed.  They do an amazing job at this as well!
We have many more projects we plan on using them to complete.  Such as, installing a door to the outside of our house, remodeling a bathroom, hardscape landscaping and building a new front porch.  Their quotes are very reasonable and I can't wait to save the money to put them to work!!!
