"I've been a customer of AC Denco for about five or six years now. Always very satisfied with their service and work. My HVAC unit was old, not large enough to heat/cool the house, not very efficient and frequently needed repair, although it was getting harder & harder for Dennis to find parts for such an old unit. Last summer, while here trying to fix my old unit, Dennis, convinced me that it was time for me to get a new HVAC unit, So, I bit the bullet, and got a new, larger, much more efficient unit. He had told me that if I had a better unit, I would see a nice drop in my electric bills, because the unit would be working much more efficiently. "Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest. I will definitely use his company if I have anymore foundation or drainage issues.
