"Choate's has a gem with Terek! Awesome young man who is polite, kind, and respectful. Arrived on time and ready to work on 3 a/c units and furnaces. Told him we have a Service Dog in training and Terek was totatly onboard. Even mindful to close the doors when going outside and permisdion to pet her. When done he explained everything so I could understand. When he left I noticed he had the truck hood up. Went outside to ask what's wrong. He was fixing the battery on the truck again. I ssked how often he had to do this..he said many times. Asked if the office knew an he said yes. He got it fixed! Thank you Terek for a job well done today! Awesome young man whom I will request for any future work. Choate's is a great company with awesome employees. Lets get this fixed so techs have one less thing to worry about during the work day."

"These guys went above and beyond , as we are truck drivers and had limited time to get the repair/ replacement done. We found them through you folks, called and they were onsight by lunch, it was determined that based on the age of the system it was needing replacement. Again above and beyond as they offer financing to make the situation bearable as money is concerned. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The only issue was making the appointment time. However, being in Nesbit, Ms (just over Southaven line) I assumed they didn t have as many service techs in this area. The company did keep me informed of the revised time so it was not a problem for me. The service tech was very professional, and I appreciated him explaining a couple of things regarding the system and gave me quote on something that I might consider doing in the future.
