"Called this company this morning, after being ripped off in previous years by a different one, asking to schedule someone to come out and look at my unit. The company got me in today! The technician, Mike, called to say he was on his way, arrived promptly, and got right to work. He was personable and walked my nosey butt through the steps he was doing. He immediately noticed damage to the bypass. It was a cut that was more than likely put there and not fixed by the previous company, he fixed that. Then checked the cool to find it iced over. He deiced that. All the while walking me through the steps and even adding pleasant conversation into the mix. After that he checked the levels and added the refrigerant and made sure everything was in working order. He even cleaned up the areas in which he worked. I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend them! He made sure to tell me if within the next few days I notice it is not working right to give them a call and they will come out and make it right."

He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
