"Excellent Company, great timely responses, great product. The job went so well, I was happy to give them a lead to even a larger job, which they handled with ease. This job was for a family member, and I would Not have given that recommendation if these guys weren't TopNotch at what they do. Very Satisfied, repeat customer. R. Mayfield. Rusk, Texas"

"The overall dealings with them have been excellent so far. They came out but they have a really nice folder with their name and foundation solutions. They have been in business a long time. He did a very detailed drawing of the house with where the tiers would go. Theirs was a much more reasonable plan. Price is a little high. He had to cancel the first appointment. He said they had an emergency out of town with a company. He apologized over and over. He was articulate. Answered every since question without any hesitancy. He showed us a video online about the company and how they are installing piers in a persons home."

"Could not have gone better.  I walked the site with Stephen and told him what I was looking for.  He studied it, made recommendations, and gave me a very competitive quote.  His approach was excellent and he followed through on everything. He is very skilled with heavy equipment, bulldozers, trackhoes, compactors.  I never had to ask him to fix anything, any problems he ran into, he figured out what to do and fixed them.  Site looks great,  I recently brought out a general contractor to discuss building the house and he made the comment that it was obvious that the excavation was done properly. <br />"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Jacksonville, TX

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
