"We were looking to renovate just the shower section of a custom bathroom that was done 16 years ago. We went to the Bay State Bath showroom, as like so many others, we saw all the commercials, so we wanted to check them out. We actually met Jennifer Bylo while there, and we arranged for a home visit by Mike Doucie. Mike was excellent and professional, and friendly in his approach with us, and listened to our thoughts and provided many suggestions. He drafted a proposal and a layout for us. We then went back up to the showroom to really examine the products. We were sold. The team that arrived were super friendly, efficient, professional and easy to have in the house. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product, and are so happy with the way the new shower features blend in with the existing flooring and cabinetry. Five stars to the entire team, from start to finish!"

"I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "

"I hired US ProPaint and Renovation to update our kitchen cabinets. The price was competitive and we established a great report with RJ who is the team leader. The finished job is excellent and all of the staff are professional and friendly and answered all of our questions. RJ has a slogan that states, our job is to make the customer happy and they did. "Newbridge Contracting did an excellent job. Tiles look fabulous and they even put a sealer in a section of our foundation and floor that has leaked in the past. Had a few very heavy rains and no problem! They also fixed tiles in the shower, small job but very needed. Excellent work."

"Mike Bauman and his team (chris and Juan on carpentry, Carlos on electric, Eddie on plaster, and Marco on tile) are the best renovation team we have ever worked with. super high quality construction, reasonable prices and very fair adjustments when necessary due to unexpected conditions or changes in design. the whole team work well together and are just really nice people...important when you are living through a renovation. also very good on timing...they wont take 10 jobs on at once and then leave you waiting...mike is very good at scheduling the subs he work with. we have had bad experiences in the past...this, with mike, is the way it should be. 100% recommendation with no hesitation at all. we love the news spaces mike created (major bathroom expansion/renovation and basement conversion from unfinished to living space)"

The timeline proposed was 6-7 weeks and they completed everything including permitting and inspections within 5 weeks.
