"Crew members Trong Chau, Tan Pham did an excellent job for the installation - prompt, professional, and thorough. Staff Dante Zappala professionally measured and sized the system. Unique Indoor Comfort staff were very slow in providing warranty papers for the extended warranty of the Rheem Water Heater - it took a month to get the proper sticker to validate the warranty - and made it seem like a problem. We hope that they respect the warranties for the A/C and Furnace through Carrier."

"I have a service contract with them. They ran the line in the basement and connected it to the stove. They had to be creative because they were running lines in an area not made for it. They came and did the job in one visit and haven't had any issues. It took about half of a day to complete this job. I could have shopped around and gotten a cheaper price. I was comfortable with them. I didn't feel the need to go out and compare prices. I have a service contract with them."

"I had a leak in a water pipe in the mother-in law apartment. Tried to fix it myself to no avail. I called and left a message around 10pm. Mike called me back at 7am and told me that they could come out sometime 10 to noon. Shawn and his assistant did a great job at a good price!
