"Excellent, Excellent experience with Cardinal! Replaced hot water heater, water softener, two toilets and outdoor spigots. The two-person crew was highly professional, and provided top notch service and expertise. Highly recommend Cardinal for plumbing and electrical and HVAC needs."

"When the unit stopped working, I call several Madison area companies to get estimates. Harker was one of just 2 that responded quickly to schedule a visit and give me quotes. Harker was competitive, and it was replaced the next week in a day. The technician, Eric, was excellent and thorough. Unit functioning great."

"These guys were awesome! They were fast and reasonably priced. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that they placed the water softener tank in front of my heater, and we can't get our filters in and out. That being said, my husband never told me where it needed to be, and I don't know what I don't know. Thanks for the hot water!!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Rolando did a great job on this project. I recently purchased an older home here in Janesville and needed a leaky shower faucet repaired. In the process of replacing the faucet (I had decided to upgrade the fixtures on both the shower and sink) Ro discovered a bigger problem that involved some damaged pipes and faulty connections in the plumbing. Not only is this all fixed and done very well, Ro and his partner also completed some other minor things that I needed to be done around my house (new smoke and CO2 detectors installed, closet door floor glides in a bedroom closet, a decorative hook put above a brick fireplace mantel, etc.). Ro and his partner Brad did very quality work and everything looks great! They are also very courteous and trustworthy, as most of the work was done while I was at my job. I also appreciated Ros good communication about when he would be coming, etc. I very highly recommend Ros Handyman Services."
