"Competitive Heating and Cooling have serviced both my furnace and my AC cooling. George and Lawrence did a complete inspection of my AC today to assure it was functioning correctly and clean with no debris. George explained exactly what he had done. I feel very confident that both my furnace and cooler are running smoothly. Both George and Lawrence were courteous and thorough. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a Great job! "Technician was very patient with all my questions while tracking down the source of my HVAC issue, during the weekend service call. He also took time to explain recommendations, so as to avoid future damage to the unit. Very much appreciated."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"Wonderful. Jason ( the owner) has been giving service to my swamp coolers and furnace. He always does a fantastic Job. I highly recommend this Company."

"They complete the work in the cleanest possible way. They have been very honest and I have had no additional problem with everything they have repaired from my sprinklers, to installing a brand new sink, or replacing the hot water heater."

"It went very well. They were quick, efficient and they got the job done very well. I'm very satisfied with their service and they had a reasonable price."

"John Lial and his father were very professional. When we needed to have an additional circuit breaker installed to handle the A/C, they found an electrician and came out on a Sunday to do the quote. Only issue was they only worked four to five hours the first two days, arrived later than expected each day and the job took 6 days to complete. They were late one day due to having to pick up the unit, and they did stay until everything was working properly, did a good clean up job and were courteous throughout."

"The customer service at PHC is top notch. Great service from scheduling to technicians . Efron was our service tech. He is friendly, knowledgably, and honest. He assessed our problems, gave us his expert option and fixed everything in a timely manner. We could not have asked for anything more. THANK YOU for going above and beyond."
