After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Only issue was they only worked four to five hours the first two days, arrived later than expected each day and the job took 6 days to complete. They were late one day due to having to pick up the unit, and they did stay until everything was working properly, did a good clean up job and were courteous throughout."
