"I spent 4,000 dollars on 4 windows from Window Depot. 2 of the window seals started leaking within 6 months. I contacted the company, and the owners son assured me that the windows would be replaced. He told me it would be a simple fix, as the glass can just be popped out and replaced. The frame they installed around the window has also lost most of the caulking they attached it with. It bangs against the house on windy days. Since December of 2022, I have been waiting for them to repair these things. Everytime I call the office I am given a different excuse. I have been told the installer was "sick." I have been told that I need to send a photo of the sticker on the window. ( I was told this AFTER the owners son had already come to my house and looked at the windows and informed me that the glass would be replaced.) I have been told for the past 5 months that the installer would contact me, and I have heard nothing. These people are liars and crooks. I would give zero stars if I could!"
