The repairing job was not very big, but included many different works, such as drywall in both master bed room and master bath room, painting, install new cabinet in master bath room.... We are very lucky to find Mr. Chu from Angle's list. He can do all these work with very reasonable price. Mr. Chu did excellent job for us! "The patio roof had rotted in several places due to water buildup. The prior owner apparently put up the roof himself and it was not level. They removed corrugated steel and rotten plywood and facia board, and installed new materials along with a larger drip edge and seal to stop water from backing up. It was then painted and quite close to the original color. Lawrence and Brandon did a great job, they were neat, picked up, and there was not a single nail or screw left on the ground. I have since had this contractor back to do minor repairs outside and would definitely recommend them."

"Excellent work. Worked with Tim and distributor for glass panel/frame type. Tim was recommended by Rystin Construction (Henderson NV) -- who I found by looking at door manufacturers and they were listed as a distributor for a few door manufacturers. After discussion with both parties, I could just change out the glass panel vs. the total door. I have 3 more doors with same panel types to be completed. I am very happy with door, having him do more work and will recommend him to others. He also repaired a loose tile in bathroom, was able to reset with grout I had. Overall, very pleased. He is very busy with other jobs, but worth the wait."
