"The young man from Greenwell Dustin texted me earlier than I expected which was great and arrived when he said he would. He diagnosed the issue told me what part was needed and told me where I could get it to save some money. Got the part and he installed it and verified everything was working correctly with no leaks of water or natural gas. Dustin will be who I request if I need any other services from Greenwell Plumbing."

The business established its honesty and integrity on our initial conversation and subsequent followup and follow through of the installment intent. Although my request were outside the routine provided services, I was accommodated and the options were met with better than expected results. "The plumber arrived and spent 6 hours trouble shooting water heater problem on newly constructed home. He was good and identified problems and took action to correct, but could not fix water heater issue. He discovered there was not enough power, so he could not charge for his efforts as he did not fix it. He offered a $16 and some change monthly service plan to help with costs and I agreed, but he genuinely tried his best including replacing two heating elements. His company brought two electricians who were here for 1 hour and charged over $300 to report there was a break in the wire and did not repair. Next day the builder of the house brought his electrician for 30 minutes, made repairs finding 3 wires leading from breaker box, but only 2 leading to water heater. He diagnosed a junction box somewhere was embeded that the 3rd wire went to. The two remaining wires had been accidently crossed and were wired wrong to the water heater. He corrected that and was done in 30 minutes."

"I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They cam within a day of when I called, assessed and fixed one problem, installed a new water heater the same day, and returned the next day to install new pipes above the water heater. The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. Office personnel were also friendly and knowledgeable. Will only use them from now on."
