"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We called them Saturday afternoon and they were able to come out early the next day. Jeff was very professional and was up front about the issue and associated cost. Of the 4 quotes we received, they were the best. They replaced our unit within 4 or 5 hours and it is working great. I would give 5 stars but they were late for the install appointment. I was told they would show up around 8:30 but they ended up not arriving until about 10:15 but they worked quickly and cleaned up prior to leaving. I would definitely recommend."

Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
