"We initially needed a plumber to fix our broken diverter in our main bathroom along with some other plumbing fixes. Chris had given me a quote over the phone which he stuck to. While he was fixing the shower, he noted some "brown" on the shower head. My husband also complained about the water pressure. When they went down to the basement, they saw that the water heater was going to break, since the water was black. He gave us a quote which included a 50 gallon water heater (10 gallons more than what we had) including installation and hauling off our current water heater, which was over 12 years old). We agreed to do immediately to do this, he ordered it and within a day or two, it was installed! It took us a long time to find a reliable plumber, we found one! Thanks Chris!"

"Arrive my place fairly on time on the date of appointment.
take a look at under the work area, the parts that I provided and quote me a fair price.
The job broken down to two part. First the disconnect and remove the existing faucet. Install the faucet I provided. This part she quote me a very fair price.
Second part of the job, install the reverse osmosis water filter system, she explained that its not the unit she use to and it would take her sometime to get it done right. This part of the job would be 120/hr. She estimated somewhere about 2hrs to complete.
FYI there are hundreds of water filter system out there, and I got a 5 stage RO system, It is a bit complicated system but not bad. I am happy that she is willing to try and I think her estimate of time is right on the spot. (unlike the previous plumbing service I try to use and the guy just BS and ran out the door)
I agree and she proceed to work.
First part of the job done in about an hour or so. She did encounter some issue due to some buildup and rust with the old faucet. however she done it beautifully.
She also took out the instant hot water unit and the soap dispenser that my wife dying to get rid of and cap the extra hole on the sink with a cover.
Second part of the job is tricky and not an easy task. took us a few min to figure out how and where, and the dispensing faucet isn't exactly a perfect fit with the existing hole on the sink.  But we figure it out and adapt, The system works and no leaks.
I am happy with her service and my wife will be happy with the newly installed equipment.
I will recommend her to anyone and will reuse her service for any plumbing needs.

"I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. "My oil delivery line has gelled up and was blocking my furnace from getting oil. I sat in the cold for 2 days while calling a few companies who claimed they provided 'emergency' service 24 hours a day.
