I waited until spring & had several estimates and this was great. They came on time for install & estimate. Chris was easy to deal with. They did it relatively easily & were cooperative & pleasant. I chose them due to reviews & the other 3 one was much cheaper but terrible reviews another much more expensive wanting to do much more work & a third seeming he had adhd. I was very happy with this business."

When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

Speer seemed most knowledgeable, offered a product we were comfortable with (Amana) and were also professional and prompt. Of note we had a troublesome smart thermostat which required that they return multiple times to address - they did not consider the job done until this was fully operational.
