He was also very personable and very friendly. I will call Servant Plumbing and ask that AJ come and do the same job at a condo I own in Mt. Pleasant."

"Jason and Tabbie from Limric did an excellent job removing and replacing the water heater. They were super easy to work with and explained what they would do in a good way. They stayed to ensure the air was out of the system and water was running hot. They cleaned up everything, including the disposal of the old tank. The expansion tank was installed with a brass fitting to provide better stability. I would hire Jason and Tabbie any day to do this work. The price that Kenny / Limric quoted came with a $300 discount which really helped. Once the price was agreed on, Limric was able to schedule the install that same afternoon."

It took a little longer than expected due to some damaged flooring and another scheduled job, but we're very happy with the overall outcome! Mike went to bat for us, too, when somehow I ordered a faucet without a drain/stopper and the distributor wanted to charge full price. Mike was available by text, phone, or email and gave updates of his progress. I had to do some minor touch ups (eg, caulking, silicone), but this was part of a complete renovation. So the painting, lighting, and bathroom accessories were my responsibility. Mike's a nice guy, too, and will be respectful of your property and pets. I would hire him again, but I don't have any more bathrooms to fix up. I only wish he did kitchen renovations!"

"Trades person came to the house, gave a quote, I declined the amount: (install 3 toilets) when he was leaving, he asked if i have something saying its $49 when they come out. If that was mentioned, I wouldn't have responded. The next day, I was texted an invoice for$49, which I will not be paying. They KNOW if they mention $49, people won't use them. They should be reprimanded, i find it scammish."
