"My wife and I are new customers to Logan A/C & Heat Services after the previous company that we used to service our existing furnace and air conditioner was recently bought out by another local company. Randy came out to service our air conditioner, which needed fixed two years ago after determined to be leaking. He called 30 minutes ahead to let us know that he was on his way and when to expect him. Randy determined the air conditioner fix has held up (still not leaking) and worked fine for its age. He asked if he could quickly take a look at the furnace and easily noticed a cracked heat exchange had developed. Randy said Logan would not repair the heat exchange cause of the age. He gave us various estimates for new Trane furnaces and air conditioners. With Trane currently offering 0 percent financing for 72 months and also Logan currently offering the choice of 2 free air products too, we decided to go ahead and schedule the install for 2 days later Treneil and Brad arrived on time 2 days later to do the install. Treneil called 30 minutes ahead to let us know that they were on their way and when to expect them. Treneil and Brad worked hard throughout the day and did a great job with the install. They were both very polite and extremely respectful for our property. Treneil explained how to use the new thermostat and how to tie it into the Nexia system. He also discussed when and how to change the Perfect Air Plus filter and the APCO UV light purifier bulb. Finally, Treineil explained some routine maintenance of the furnace. Overall, my wife and I were extremely pleased with the entire process from beginning to end and would most definitely recommend Logan AC & Heat Services!"

"My experience was great from the phone call to the technician leaving. I called on Monday to receive service and due to high demand, the soonest I could get scheduled was Friday. The rep offered to put me on a short call list. Later that evening I received a call that the technician could honor my availability on the short call list. I was extremely pleased. Joe W., the technician was friendly. He called prior to the visit and made sure to keep his presence tidy (I've had techs track in dirt before). He immediately went to the problem - a blown fuse within yhe furnace. It would have been extremely easy for him to turn a blown fuse into a costly repair or even charge outrageous rates for doing so. Joe explained me to me the innerworkings of the furnace as well as simple maintenance for my HVac systems in the future. Although he explained the one year service agreement, there was zero high-pressure sales. The name of the company and the service matched up. Kuddos to leadership at this company! You have a lifetime customer and I will be sure to tell others. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism."

Go cool service not only did a fantastic job of checking everything out and doing a great diagnostic, but he saved us a fortune by finding out that it was the fan instead. "Needed to replace my Ac and furnace. After reaching out a variety of company websites, I got no replies and came to Home Advisor. Logan Services reaches out 15 mins after I submitted the request. Aaron Faughn was out the next day for over an hour going over options and making the process easily understandable. Really felt like he was looking out for me and my family. The decision was basically made then, though I did finally get some other businesses out for other bids. None made me feel as comfortable as Aaron. A few days later Kyle Koester and Jake came out and couldn’t have been more professional or courteous. Knocked it out in a day and a half due to the holiday. I could’ve be happier with the work they provided. I would recommend Logan Services for any and all future needs. They have a customer for life."
