"The deceptive no fee for showing up at your home means you get to pay what amounts to a diagnosis fee of $200+. You are then charged an exorbitant amount for repair services. The service rep that actually did the work was very good at explaining the job and repairing the leaking pipe."

"Really appreciate the great service we received from Logan, from the sales consultant to the installation. Everyone was very respectful and did a great job working with us. We are also very impress with the HVAC sold to us, this house has never been this cool in the summer, even the upstairs is very comfortable. Sometimes we have to turn the thermostat up a degree or two where we are too cold. The old unit never did that. Received all our warranty paperwork in a timely manner. Very great service."

"CARE fixed my AC quickly and even cleaned my AC unit and condenser even though that wasn’t the problem. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Friendly, professional and thorough."

"Excellent service and repair. Very communicative."

"Very knowledgeable, very nice service person, very affordable. My wife smiled when she saw him bring in a broom and dust pan when he was done. Highly recommended."

"Was quoted 12000.00 or so to repair all sewer pipes under crawl space. When I thought work was completed, the repairman came into home holding copper pipes.said they found 4 more leaks and charged me another 4000.00 or so.Also entrance to crawl space not completely covered when work was completed. This will allow animals ,my cat entrance to the crawl space.I had given a good review for this company, but on further review and time to rethink the process I would not hire again.I realize this was a tough job & they spent 4 days here but not happy with the additional $4000 charge, nor the entrance to crawl space not repaired properly ."

"John returned my call on request for service the same day and actually was able to fit us in at the end of his day!! Great guy and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he would be doing and the cost. It was a very pleasant repair visit and our fireplace is up and running like new again. I highly recommend them for service."
