And when I say immediately, I mean 11:30 PM.  We had hoped to see him in the next day or so, but he came that evening. We were more than appreciative.  The job required him to come back the next morning to complete, and he was here less than 10 hours later. We were without water for less than a day thanks to Doug.  I cant begin to tell you how professional he is, he took the time to explain why this occurred, what would prevent it in the future, and what to expect going forward.  With Doug, everything is above board, and there are no hidden costs.

I had an existing water supply and he connected that for me also. He was very professional, informed me of the cost that I agreed to pay. This was a great customer service experience. They offer an extended warranty that beats their competitors, but their service plans are misleading and after installing one of our A/C units and supposedly doing "maintenance" on it a year later, we learned when we went to replace a filter ourselves that they couldn't have replaced the filter at the last service because the filter cannot be replaced due to the way they installed the unit. We were told on two separate occasions that we had a service plan with them, but when they were scheduled to do our maintenance, they called to say that we didn't have a service plan, it was canceled due to non-payment (it was never communicated that our plan had lapsed during three subsequent calls). Trust the negative reviews and go with another company"
