"We needed to replace our nearly 60-year-old wooden garage door. First, one company came and told me we need to take out part of our existing shelves to be able to install a new one. So I called Precision for a second opinion. Mark came over the same day, and told me the shelves were fine and we just needed to clear some space for them to work. He was able to schedule the service within days. Stason was our technician. He called me to see if he could come earlier(11:20am) than scheduled(1:00pm). He was really courteous and professional. He worked the whole time and singlehandedly removed the old door and installed the new one by 2:00pm. He spent time explaining to me how to operate and maintain it, and about the warranty. He left no mess and everything worked fine. I'm extremely happy with both people I worked with and the results. Highly recommended!!"

"In this review I am covering two repair experiences I had with Sears Garage Solutions. #1 February, 2020 I had to replace my 13 year old springs. Technician Marcus Keenom, arrived on time, was very courteous, professional and was flexible to come up with a fix to resolve the issue. He pointed out few completely, unrelated, minor issues and fixed them too. His attention to details was very good and I am very happy with teh work. #2 November 2020: The 13 year old Garage Door Opener failed (motor or circuit boards). This time, I asked for Marcus. Marcus, once again did a detailed and thorough job. Overall, I am very happy with Sears Garage Solutions and with Marcus Keenom."

"I had a spring break and cables disconnect on my garage door. The breakage even bent my door at the top where the opener kept pulling after the break. I was told when I made the appointment that 75% of these issues can be fixed. Andy came out and said he could reinforce the bent door with a rail and bigger bracket, but didn't guarantee the gap from it being bent could be fixed (made sense). Within an hour, he had completely fixed the bent door including the gap at the top was GONE and no longer bent. He also did a tune up on my other door. He explained everything he was going to do and showed me how to lube the doors with what and when. He was amazingly fast. Excellent job!"

"This was without a doubt one of the best experiences I have ever had with a repairman. He gave me a reasonable rough estimate over the phone which the other 2 would not. Upon coming out, he discovered that the garage door belt did not break but instead a bolt attached to the spring had broken off, because it was not installed properly by a previous repairman. As his prices were reasonable, besides attaching the bolt and belt properly, I also had him replace my rollers, springs and lubricate everything. He was very personable and explained everything well.
