They had to work in the worst conditions where other companies didnt even wanna touch it or even call me back. It was a lengthy process to get everything back to new but was to be expected with how long everything was wet and damaged. At first I was mad cause I had to pay so much to fix everything that was wrong. But now after its fixed I dont have any respiratory problems or allergies or running nose and headaches. The guys showed up on time, were very polite and cleaned up the area they had worked on. "I didnâ t know what category/project to pick... I had a bit of a water leak incident in the kitchen and was worried about mold. They came out right away, on a weekend holiday, and provided equipment to get it cleaned up and dried out. There was an equipment issue that led to more water, but they immediately made it right. I expect contractors, etc to mess up about 95% of the time and what sets them apart is how they handle it. These guys seemed very professional and polite. I a  m still a little concerned about mold, but I know they will come back out and check on things if needed :)"
