"I didnâ t know what category/project to pick... I had a bit of a water leak incident in the kitchen and was worried about mold. They came out right away, on a weekend holiday, and provided equipment to get it cleaned up and dried out. There was an equipment issue that led to more water, but they immediately made it right. I expect contractors, etc to mess up about 95% of the time and what sets them apart is how they handle it. These guys seemed very professional and polite. I a  m still a little concerned about mold, but I know they will come back out and check on things if needed :)"

I realized after that I think I paid a bit much for this work and I got the feeling that the company subcontracted the work out, which made me think I should've just hired the sub-contractor, skipping the middle man. So as mentioned, most of the floors look amazing, but there is a section of a bedroom that they were not able to smooth out and remains very dusty. I wish this was better communicated from the start. I don't feel like I got my money's worth."
