"These guys are awesome! We've used them for the 20-some years we've lived in Lee's Summit. They are always responsive and punctual. They get the issue fixed the first time without me having to call them back. Pleasant and professional. Quality work. Their rates are reasonable. We have purchased air conditioners twice from them and furnace once. They did all the paperwork for the rebates for us. I called them last week because the air conditioner didn't seem to be cooling properly. He spent about an hour looking for the problem, didn't see anything broken, but cleaned out an extremely dirty condenser - which fixed the problem and we've been cool ever since."

"The company did a blow-in of insulation material between the studs and in the attic space. There were several areas in the garage where there was no drywall and they had a method of containing the insulation material so that drywall would be added later. They even insulated on the small spaces above and beside the garage door. Since the insulation has been installed, the temperature has stayed around 55 degrees on a pretty consistent basis. The estimate I received was 1/2 the amount received from another company. They brought a sample of the blow-in material and showed a video of how the insulation would be contained where there was no drywall. Now, here is the icing on the cake: between the time of the estimate and the time of the installation, I tore the meniscus in a knee, making me unable to prep the garage by moving items away from the wall. The installers backed my car out of the garage, moved the items and then moved everything back. Outstanding customer service!"

"Josh came over looked over everything and explained all our options and we chose high efficiency variable furnace 96 so installed 3inch pvc pipe for exhaust and one for fresh air to come in. Looks GREAT. Put in a variable air conditioner unit and leveled it out new pipes and so forth looks GREAT, installed New water Heater with no problems and made it to code which is GREAT, installed an April Air 600 humidifier and an iwave air scrubber to help with family allergies and 4 animals. Josh is a Great Guy for one and Did an AWESOME JOB ON THE INSTALL and answering any questions we had through out the process. We had just returned home from vacation where we had been riding our motorcycle in the heat for pass two days so you can imagine how tired and hot we were when we finally got off the bike and came into the house..
We hadn't turned our air on yet this year but last year had to have someone called Tim over twice to replace a capacitor and the second time to fix his screw ups so we thought just in case we would not want to turn the air on and not be here to watch it.. Just as we thought when we flipped the switch tonight, the A/C did not work.. The house was a whopping 93 degrees... and the A/C was blow hot air, actually took the house up another 2 .degrees before we realized it.. We were only listening to make sure the fans were running because problems in the past were they weren't...
I called Bob at 7pm - 730pm on Sunday and he said he would have his tech over tonight, his tech called me at 8pm said he had just left his appointment and was headed over to see what he could do to get us up and running.. He was here within a few minutes, came to door took his shoes off before coming in and asked to see the thermostat and turned in on went out and looked at unit and within a few minutes he knew what was wrong.. He found the reverse valve unplugged.. He had us up and running PDQ..
The tech was very professional!! Would give him an A+..
He had not had a good day yet he was very nice and polite to us.. We would use him again..
(Tech had been stung by a wasp earlier and since allergic his face had swollen.. That was reason for bad day)

"no heat, no money came out and did a temp. last time was temp. Called came out. put in a whole new hvac need to call back before turn on ac. They were fantastic. axel jones roscoe edwards. were here at 930 and at about 10to 1 were done and guaranteed heat woudl be back on and cleaned up. perfect."
