"This was a three-day project to perform basement mold remediation and air duct cleaning. After the initial meeting, I had to rattle their cage a bit to get a bid and to get the project scheduled. The office told me the representative I had met with had gone on vacation. Once the project began, the crew that did the work was hard-working and professional. Overall, they did a good job. There were some surfaces that I think should have wiped down or wire brushed that weren't. I found one small hole in an air duct that wasn't sealed after the air duct cleaning. It would be ideal to have a follow-up by the company after the work is done to assure client satisfaction. These were the only issues that prevented me from giving a straight A rating across the board. However, I think their price was fair and would not hesitate to use this company's services again."

As you can imagine, we were quite distressed while watching our home be ripped apart, down to the studs. We asked a lot of dumb & what-if and & do-you-think.. questions that Dave would have had no way to answer. But he was honest and forthright but delicate and empathetic with us. He always had time to listen to us. Several nights after the crew had left, we would get a text from Dave asking if we were doing alright. I have never had any business or service provider check in on us like that. It is a level of service that I thought no longer existed, these days. Even now, almost 3 weeks since AdvantaClean finished with the mitigation, Dave still checks in with us. Simply WOW! Now we are ready to start rebuilding. We took a couple of weeks to hire a restoration company. After receiving several bids we decided to go with the company that is endorsed by Dave and AdvantaClean, in the first place. If Dave trusts them, then we will trust them, too! Overall, Dave and AdvantaClean took a terrible situation and actually made it somewhat pleasant and tolerable. I had a few sleepless nights in the beginning but once I knew that Dave had things under control, I started sleeping through the night. I hope we never have an incident that will require us to call AdvantaClean, again. But if we do, they are at the TOP of our list!"
