The owner Rick answered when I call Rubiola Restoration and was at my house within 45 minutes. <br />  He had his people work into the night and he made several trips back to make sure everything was going well. He handled my insurance companies request...paperwork etc. He made sure that items were repacked and nothing inside the boxes had water damage. He even wrote on the boxes what the contents were inside. He had his people straighten out everything and restack boxes. "Oh my gosh! Primo Plumbing was phenomenal! I was getting ready to go to a family outside dinner on Saturday evening and went to pull my blue jeans out of the dryer. There was water everywhere..and I mean everywhere. My hot water heater was leaking and leaking fast and furious. Primo Plumbing had an after hours plumber here within an hour. Paul fixed the problem and was wearing a mask (Covid 19 compliant) the entire time. Primo Plumbing was competent and safe and right there when I needed them most. Thank you Primo Plumbing. "Topaz (Jacob) did a fantastic job cleaning carpets in three bedrooms & closets, hallway, and stairs. I was injured so didn't have time to prepare for the cleaning but Jacob cheerfully moved all the junk off the carpets before cleaning. He spent extra time on the spots where my dog hangs out to ensure the oils from the dog's hair were thoroughly removed. He also cleaned our dryer vent even though the weather was not ideal for doing so. We will continue to use Topaz for any service they offer."
