"Incredibly professional and outstanding attention to detail.  Very quick response (within an hour of calling).  Jordan and crew of 3 immediately began clean up of collapsed ceilings and extensive water damage caused by roof failure from recent hailstorm.  Kitchen, Dining Room, Bar, Family Room, Office, Laundry Room, Master Bath and garage ceilings had serious water damage causing collapse of ceiling with wet insulation and interior flooding.  They quickly removed damaged drywall and insulation, baseboards and carpet padding.  They sprayed anti-microbial solution to prevent mold and set up drying equipment.  20 blowers and 3 dehumidifiers were set up quickly to begin drying and prevent further damage.  They subcontracted an insulation firm (Key Insulation Co.) to remove wet insulation from attic to aid in drying and prevent mold and wood rot.  The entire crew were true professionals and displayed a caring attention to detail and concern for our living conditions and welfare.  They returned daily to ensure drying process and assess further needs.  They continually checked humidity levels and extent of water penetration to ceilings and walls.  I could not be more impressed with their service and highly recommend First Call."

"I had a slab leak in the living room that affected the dining room and hallway. After the plumber came in and fixed the leak, Rick and his team came in and removed the nasty soaking wet carpet and pad and put in a heavy duty dryer to help salvage the drywall and base boards. The damage was just too extensive and much of the Sheetrock and base boards had to be replaced.  Rick helped me with getting the correct info to my insurance company. Once my insurance company gave me the check to do the repairs, Ricks team came in right away and worked fast and clean/neat. I never would wish for the original problem (the cost of plumbing repair was not covered under insurance). But, Rick took what was at first an overwhelming disaster and turned it into a manageable experience. My house now looks SO MUCH nicer than it did before the water leak. Rick and his team were not only professional, but extremely patient and understanding about the initial stress I was feeling.  I am VERY glad I pick Rubiola Restoration. If I ever need any of the services (they do much more than just water extraction) I will certainly call them!"

"Had several cracks in drywall due to house settling. Nancy came, inspected, gave us an estimated cost, all very pleasant professional.Cost seemed very reasonable for the amount of work. Arrived to perform the work on the agreed upon date on time with three young men who actually did the work. THey were also very pleasant and professional. Kept floors covered during repairs and left it very clean. Very pleased with repairs. Would definitely use them again. <br />"

"Great customer service!! The team was early and did a great job cleaning our carpets, removed most pet stains, and were honest about those that they could not remove (only 1 on an area rug). After the team left, we noticed that one of our walls had accidentally been damaged by a hose. We called the office and Irene directed me to the owner, John, who was extremely responsive and apologetic. John refunded us for our service, and also paid for our wall to be fixed by a contractor of our choosing. The customer service was spectacular, and it made the process simple. "Oh my gosh! Primo Plumbing was phenomenal! I was getting ready to go to a family outside dinner on Saturday evening and went to pull my blue jeans out of the dryer. There was water everywhere..and I mean everywhere. My hot water heater was leaking and leaking fast and furious. Primo Plumbing had an after hours plumber here within an hour. Paul fixed the problem and was wearing a mask (Covid 19 compliant) the entire time. Primo Plumbing was competent and safe and right there when I needed them most. Thank you Primo Plumbing. "I made an appointment with them to see what they could find, and to give me a free estimate. They were "on time", professional and courteous. They used their equipment to detect moisture inside the wall and carpeted areas. They told me what they believed the problem to be and recommended I call a plumber, since they do not fix "plumbing issues". I acted on their suggestions and as it turned out, the damage wasn't as extensive or expensive to fix. I did not need to have Action Restoration perform any of their services except for their initial assessment and estimate but would definitely keep them in mind if I need that type of service in the future."
