The warranty did not end up covering the particular damage so I ended up doing that myself later on. They came out to do an estimate and look at it for us, but we did not actually end up using them. We did not pay for it, it was part of the closing costs. Because the work we needed wasn't covered, we did not find this service particularly useful. When I had to talk to them, I think it was three or four times that week, they were always very professional and responsive, but they just did not happen to cover the particular thing that happened to us so for that reason we would not go with them again. It was like a one-year thing that was included by the seller when they sold the house. I mean we were happy to have it but I don't think we would go out on our own and buy it.

"At first I thought I had selected the wrong guy for this work; I e-mailed him first about coming out to the house to give an estimate (no response), then I called him and set up a date, then when he didn't show up I called him (he said he had forgotten, but showed up within 30 minutes after my call). He provided the estimates (I asked for two options to fix the damage...I told him I would call him back with my decision.  A few days later I called and left a vocie mail message but got not response for about a week.  Finally I called him again and talked to him, so he finally showed up on the appointed day on-time.  He and his partner worked quickly, repairing the water damage and re-applying paint/popcorn ceiling to match the rest of the surface. After it dried you couldn't tell there was ever any damage...a good job after all."

"I had water damage and they came out and assessed the damages and set up fans to begin drying the water from the floors and walls.  They rebuilt the faces of my cabinets in the bathroom and repainted them.  The master bedroom had to have new carpet and the room was also repainted after some drywall work.  They did an awesome job and it's like having a brand new bedroom and bathroom!  They also installed a new backdoor for me and some drywall work and repainted in my upstairs bathroom while doing the other work!"
