They showed up on time, very professional, and walked the property and listened to our thoughts. The installation of an 8-camera system took about 4 hours, with the crew remaining professional the entire time. Once the installation was complete, they help get the app setup on our phones, and walked us through, asking that I video the instructions for future replay as we learn the system! "Initialization of new disk was done within 5 minutes, but that turned out to be the least of my problems. As it turned out, the problem was not my NVR, but a failed Ethernet hub blocking access to the internet. The technician temporarily wired around the hub and told me exactly how to install the the new hub when it arrived. Mean while I have a fully functioning security system."
