"I can't say enough good things about Roger and his team. First, he does not use sub-contractors; all of his workmen are employees. This is great for his customers in several ways: 1) Roger controls the schedule, so you are not dependent on independent subs reliability--which is often an issue. Work gets done efficiently and quickly; 2) the entire team is professional, pleasant, and responsive. They know that their work reflects on Roger and the team, and it shows. I was very comfortable having them in my home. They kept an exceptionally clean work site, and managed to make room for my car in the garage every night (they staged a lot of the materials there) even though I know it created extra work for them. 3) the quality of the work was exceptional and they very quickly addressed any issues that cropped up. Roger's estimate was detailed, and very close to the final bill. I received credit for some items that cost less than expected and paid a little extra for a couple of things that cost more. I felt like the charges were fair and clear. Roger answered all of my questions quickly and fully. He was finished very quickly and when there were delays he communicated why. I was also extremely impressed at how he handled some unintentional damage to a wall. The team banged up one wall in the hallway while moving something. Roger's folks came and textured and repainted, but it looked bad. He came back and redid. And then redid it again until it looked perfect. I don't think there is any higher praise that you can give a contractor than when there is an issue it is fixed quickly and completely. I will absolutely hire Roger and his team again for future projects. I highly recommend them."

"The crew was excellent worked hard and did a great job. I had two separate jobs going removed old driveway and prep for new concrete.Also they removed a big rock by my pool and did spray deck . Between weather delay and them working hard. They completed the job and it is great. I would recommend them for your next project. "We contracted Unique Builders to renovate our kitchen in July 2020. Ronen K was our project manager. The job required a complete rebuild of the kitchen, removing posts, walls and installing new posts and beam. Ronen spent a considerable amount of time working with my wife and I on the design of the kitchen, providing us various options to maximize the space, the kind of materials we could use and recommendations on the appliances. The project lasted about nine weeks which was attributable to us changing the scope of the work to include other areas of the house which Unique had no problem including into the project. While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule.
