When I first submitted my request for service, I was a little hesitant because our a/c was not working at all, it was going to be 100 degrees that day and I the earliest I could choose my appointment was the following day.  Within two hours of submitting my request the receptionist called me and put me in direct contact with the repair man so I could explain the problem to him.  Once I explained the problem to him, he stated he would not be able to respond to my house but would make sure somebody could respond.  About two hours after talking to the repair man, someone was at my front door ready to look at my a/c.  He was extremely courteous and professional.  He diagnosed my problem within minutes of being there and showed me the parts that were broken and took his time to answer any questions we had.  When he came inside, he even wore covers over his shoes, to male sure he didn't make our floor dirty.  Overall I was extremely impressed with this company and will be using them for any and all of my repairs.

"Called three different air conditioning repair services and decided on Lee's Air Conditioning because they offered a 15% off discount on the part for senior citizens.  I called and they were able to come out the same day and they actually arrived ahead of schedule which was great because the temperature that day was 109 degrees!  The technician was able to determine the problem immediately.  The capacitor had blown and he was able to get the part  we needed within an hour.  We were very pleased with Lee's service and would definitely use them again.  Very professional, friendly and fair.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"We received the phone number of this company from a friend that hired them and he was able to reduce his utilities bills by doing an efficiency audit that includes covering all the openings at the house (windows, HVAC, Doors etc.?.) and then with a machine, running the test and to see from where the house is losing most of the energy and to perform a repair that will prevent that in the future. Ezra and his team of workers came to perform the test and to see what need to be repaired or improved. The audit took close to 5 hours and then the machine that they used worked for additional 2 plus hours. After that was completed, we saw clearly that the problem was the windows and the HVAC. Ezra recommended us to perform a repair to both of them and then to run the test again. After the workers of them finished the repair, Ezra came once again and did the test. He was pleased with the results and so as we. During all the work, we saw how it was before and how it was after. We do recommend this company for that type of work! They are professional and honest people to hire and they carry all the relevant licenses as well."

As you are probably aware, most of California is in an "exceptional drought" (one step worse than "extreme drought" and highest(or lowest depending on how you look at it) / worst level. The rain never came and then when I tried to schedule service now, America's Best no longer serves residential customers in my area. They indicated that I needed to submit my refund through you."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
