"To say we were happy with Temperature-Control would be an understatement of the nth degree. We hire T-C to install a new, high-end Trane heat pump & air handler in our home. At every step they were professional & responsive. They showed up on time, sent pictures of all employees visiting our property, answered every question we asked and a few we hadn't thought of. The work was done on-time, everything was clean and neat and they checked in at many steps in the process to ensure we were happy and understood what was going on. "After having some cold rooms with the dip in temps, I asked a few insulation companies to come diagnose our issue. Of all of them, Gil was certainly the best in my view. He was professional for the entire visit, and dedicated a lot of time to me. He inspected my attic space, took some pictures, and told me some issues that he noticed.
Though Gil believed that swapping batt for blown-in for a couple of the cold rooms, he believed that my main issue was pressure-related. He had a few tools including an infrared camera, and a tool to measure pressure. Being an engineer, and not seeing these diagnostics from the other teams, I gave a lot of credibility to his findings.
In the end, he gave me some sensible advice and was honest that I should try increasing the pressure in my rooms because it would have the most bang for the buck ($10 DIY). He did still provide some quotes on blown-in for select areas, as well as some energy audit information. He even provided some literature on the rebate programs and gave his overall opinions very openly.
In general, I think it was Gil himself that I was most impressed with, and I'm just casting that opinion to Marshall as a whole. I've completed the DIY, but most likely will do the blown-in installation in the near future. If I do, I intend to use Marshall for the work.

"Ace had installed an A/C unit for me about 7-8 years ago and that was the unit that broke down. The good: The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. He was very helpful in helping me get this covered by my home warranty company. The bad: 1) Tech showed up 5 to 6 hours later than originally scheduled. I don't have a problem with that but needed to put a bad grade on it. 2) The office was difficult to work with in getting their cooperation in working with my home warranty company. Their policy is that they do not work with home warranty companies. Eventually they were cooperative given that I was paying for the services and that my home warranty company would reimburse me. 3) The pricing was outrageous in my opinion. I paid $950 for 2 capacitors, a spliced wire and about 1 to 1.5 hours of labor. I understand there is a bunch of overhead cost and labor costs, however, $950 seems to be excessively high. Fortunately my home warranty company covered this cost. In summary, I was mostly disappointed in the high cost given that I was a previous customer. I was also disappointed with the difficulty I had in getting them to cooperate with my home warranty company when there was no risk of financial payment to Ace. I will not use Ace for any of my homes in the future."

"They did a great job and checked all three of my units. Very thorough and reasonable on the extra units giving me a discount as I kept my units clean myself. It was so nice to work with a mom and pop company as they went the extra mile by doing things like checking and adjusting all the registers which no one has ever done. Some requiring a 10 foot ladder! I would definitely recommend them for any work as would imagine their cost of doing Busness is lower and fell they are the kind that will pass it on to customers. Most satisfying experience. Did have to replace the contact points and he took time to show me the points and how bad they were. Not a hard sell company."

"They had a crew of two people to do the insulation. Their names were Enrique and Ronnie.. The owner, Brad LInzy iis an honest proprietor. He guarantees his products. He is very easy to work with and very accommodating. They arrived on time. They worked straight 5 hours without breaks. They were very professional. They were very clean. iThere were times that I forgot that they were there installing insulation because they were very quiet. They even wrapped with insulation my water heater without additional cost. The cost of our APS bill went down at least 40% I like the product and service very much that I had our rental property insulated too. Our renters were very happy cause now their electric bill went down dramatically plus the house is very comfortable. I also had them install the attic fans at our primary home and rental property. They are so good that I asked if they also install skylight. I did a research on skylight and their skylight is very good and excellent price compare to other vendors. I was only going to have them install a 10 or 11 " skylight for the kitchen but Brad recommended 18 which I am very happy that I listened to him! My kitchen is very bright now. I don't have to turn on the lights during the day. I had the skylight installed 9/2016. I called Brad last summer on an emergency basis because the a/c at our rental property stopped working. I called him at 9:00 in the morning and Brad, the owner and his staff was at the place within an hour repairing the a/c. What a great service!!!"
