"Service specialist was Marco Prieto. Time set was between 10am and 1pm. Called to see if he could come earlier. Arrived at 9:30am. Marco had been to my house 2 years earlier for a drain problem and did a great job, so he was familiar with the plumbing in the house. Went right to work. Took care of things in a very clean and professional manner. Work took about 30 minutes. Answered all my questions in a very polite way. Drains are running great for the first time in months. Very pleased with this young man and his work ethic. Will work with Reddi Services and hopefully Mr. Prieto again in the future."

Initially it looked like there would be a problem as the drain was too high which would have resulted in tearing out parts of my new cabinets. "This company is currently contracted with and directly paid for by my insurance company for leak detection. They used three kinds of detection, sonar, pressure and conductivity to identify the specific pipe and location of the leak. They did an excellent job. Ken Stolworthy visited our home. He was prompt, courteous and got the job done and very professional. I highly recommend this company for the type of detection work done. Originally I had hired a different company on our own, they did thermal testing, but the leak was not correctly located and they did not provide the insurance company the info. So I called the insurance and they sent out this company, American Leak Detection. They used three kinds of detection and determined our leak, though in the slab was not next to the water heater, was under a wall. American Leak Detection allowed both my plumber and I to listen to the sonar to hear the water leaking out of the pipe under the ground near wall. My plumber was so impressed, he asked for Ken's business card as well. American Leak Detection also sent a full report of the leak to the insurance, something the other company never did. Please note the rate listed is what was billed to the insurance. We paid nothing."

I came to realize that there was one under the vanity in the bathroom. I don't know why they did not use that???? Anyways, I called & paid for my own plumber & he cleared it just fine."

"What started out as a simple upgrade ended up being a more difficult job than anticipated. However, Paul was very flexible and creative and was able to complete both jobs in two visits, which included an extensive search for parts. For job one, I wanted to replace two corroded Moen pop-ups and purchased the parts on-line. However, the pop-ups had the wrong thread for the existing drain, so Paul found the correct parts and installed the new drains and pop-ups. On one sink, the standard drain pipe was too long for the existing J-trap, so Paul replaced the J-trap to match the drain length. This job required two trips to buy parts as problems were discovered. For job 2, I wanted to have a high-loop installed on my dishwasher drain to prevent backflow of dirty water from the sink drain and disposal. Paul noted that the existing copper supply line to the dishwasher would have a high risk of leaking, and recommended replacement with a flexible steel line. In addition, Paul could not find a drain line long enough for my installation, but was able to get the right adapters to make the existing line work in a high loop configuration.

"Regal Bath and Kitchens did a beautiful job remodeling our master bathroom. We wanted to get rid of the bathtub, the tiny shower, and the 90’s style lower vanity with the massive mirror. We didn’t even think there was room to do all that we wanted but their end result made the room look larger than it was . Best of all, this was at a price we could afford. Rich helped us get things started by meeting at the showroom to see styles on display and to pick out tiles for the floor and walls. We could see the samples for the vanity, the sinks and the fixtures. It made it easier to coordinate things when we could see how everything looked together, and we were able to select exactly what we wanted in each area. We did have to choose a second tile by going to Floor and Décor later on because our wall tile was out of stock, but the replacement one was beautiful and the sales lady there also helped us coordinate things. The remodel included removing a wall and some other decorative arches in the bathroom. They had to move the water pipes for the shower. The shower included so many nice features – a bench, a toe pick near the shower heads, two shower heads – a rain style one and a hand held one – a switch to use one or both heads at the same time, a niche for toiletries, and the controls to turn the water on near the entrance to the shower so it was warm by the time we got into the shower. They also agreed to install new light fixtures, towel racks and mirrors which we purchased elsewhere. They suggested that we hire others to paint the walls for us. They did an exception job with the plumbing. The slope of the floor in the shower is just right so that all the water runs into the drain and the drain is big enough that it has never gotten clogged. Whenever, we had a problem or concern, Rich was reassuring saying that he would take care of everything we wanted. The crew was proud of the work they did and were always cheerful to have working in our home. John was especially careful of keeping the dust off our rugs and in the master bathroom area. Every day he carefully covered the beds with plastic so they could be used at night. Jesus worked exceptionally hard getting the tiles on the bottom of the shower installed. The end result has received a “Wow” from everyone who sees it. We would hire them again to remodeled our hall bath."
