 The first call out found that we had a leak under our house slab, from water heater to bathroom. Organised a clean up and restoration company to start drying area so they could come back next day and rerun piping through ceiling. Spent all day doing this and left area as tidy as can be expected. Checked in on day 3 to make sure all okay and advise that Insurance could call for info if needed. Unfortunately, by late afternoon day 4 our hot water tank had pressure  problems and had to be replaced. Call 24/7 and they had repair guy out and we had a new tank in and hot showers that evening.
