"I had my 20 year old HVAC replaced entirely by AAA. I am writing this review after a few months to ensure I get full use of both the air conditioner and central heat. Everything is working in great condition. The workmanship and professionalism from quoting to install and servicing is excellent. They only recommended a replacement after they tried their best to initially repair. The work ethic is awesome as they went out of their way to do the job right. It was not an easy install and moving old parts out and bringing new parts in was done professionally. The team worked through the heat, took care of all details appropriately, and completed the entire job in a day with good quality. Hard working team and reliable delivery and high work ethics. Also did several follow ups after the work is done to ensure satistfaction."

"Rays HVAC tech came in and evaluated the problem with the A/C (early Sept. 2020). The coil was freezing up and dripping water. Another company wanted to replace the coil for over $3,000. Rays said it just needed free-on. Topped it off for $200 and the system ran fine after the service. would highly recommend it. Used Rays HVAC for a heating issue March 2021. Ray was quickly reachable, great communication, came the next afternoon. Great job on the repair and for a very good price."

"We originally hired Celestial Air for just a preseason cleaning and servicing of our central A/C. Adam was prompt and courteous. However, after he examined the unit, he indicated that the system was very old, inefficient, and had a leak. He could repair all of these, but cautioned that it would cost about $1500, and there was no guarantee that there would not be new leaks occurring. He recommended a new unit, which would be more efficient, and quieter, quoting a price that seemed reasonable, and would also include the splitting of our single zone into two zones. Of course in a situation where a service turns into a major purchase, you always wonder if the technician is telling the truth, but we went ahead with the new unit, and we are glad we did. The installation took place the following week, and we have never seen a group of workers work as hard - from late morning until 9pm or so. They also left both the outside and the attic cleaner than they found it. After we started using the unit, we found that , because of the two-zoning, the ducts became very noisy if only the one zone was active. We let them know the problem, and they figured out that the installation required a larger bypass damper, which they came and installed, and which solved the problem. Throughout, they were very responsive and polite. I would definitely recommend them."

"I had been advise that the compressor on my a/c unit was dead and I needed a new central a/c unit. I called to get a quote and when he came, he looked at the unit and said he thought they were wrong, and inside 20 minutes had it running like new. He could have just given me a quote for a new unit but went out of his way to repair my unit, telling me what to look for in the future, and charged me less than half of what I was charged by my â service â carrier, who was totally wrong as to what the problem was. I highly recommend him for his honesty and knowledge, as well as his service. Thank you Challenger!"

"It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."
