"Very professional and personable. Very upfront about pricing and options for repairs. The request was followed up on the next morning, and the job was completed in a timely manner the next day. Thank you!"

"Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. Thanks to Mother Plumber, I feel brilliant!"

"He was very knowledgeable about his trade and was very good at staying in touch throughout the whole project. With a new tankless water heater along with a water softener installation, Shon has updated my home for the better. Will recommend him to all my friends!!"

"My water heater went out and I asked if they could do a tankless and the tech was very knowledgeable they took very good care of me I will definitely be using this company again"

"Stuart is great!  I had forgotten to make a call to have my A/C tune-up and Stuart called to remind me.....thank you!  He came out a checked everything, and cleaned out the blower wheel that saved me having to call him later to get it done.  Always does great work and I trust him.  I highly recommend Stuart!"

"They did a great job! It went faster than I expected. I asked one of the guys if he had time, would he check a leak under my kitchen sink. He was very thorough. It turns out that we had a bolt still attached underneath the sink from a previous water filter installation. We needed a different type of bolt and he switched the bolts for free! He even gave me some much needed advice to help prevent further leaks from the faucet area. I really appreciated the extra mile! I am very pleased with Lone Star Water Services and would gladly recommend them to others."

"The services and work that Francisco Albaran offers to his clients is outstanding, extremely professional, respectful and friendly! I had a problem with my water heater and my plumbing in one of my showers. He was able to fix it and complete it thoroughly, which other companies couldn't and seemed like a big problem, he was able to do it! The service was quick, easy and inexpensive. You can't go wrong with it! Highly recommended !!"
