The door was in stock and they were ready to install way before we were. The tech Deveon was assigned to an emergency call so he was late for my install but I understand emergency happen and it's nice to know they are prompt to respond to emergency situations. As he was installing it was discovered the warehouse loaded him up with an extra row of windows, shorted him a solid panel and gave him the wrong opener. Oops. He installed both window panels just to sucure my garage for the night and didn't install the opener. He was to return the next morning to swap out the extra window panel with a solid, install the correct opener and install trim. He had again been assigned to another emergency service to help another tech so again he was forced to be late. In the end the install was completed, I love the final results, Deveon was polite, knowledgeable and awesome to work with. Very happy and would recommend."
