"Right plumber for the job! I had several other plumbers come and offer me quotes for my low water pressure. When Mostapha was invited into my home, he saved the day by repairing my pipes and fixtures. He used his magic to solve the issue under my kitchen sink. I knew this was the right solution because his suggestions, knowledge, and clarity helped me understand the problem. "I hired Aqua Smart Plumbing because I had no cold water to my second floor apartment. The plumber diagnosed the problem, which was in an area I thought could not have been the cause. He was right, and I was wrong. He replaced the needed pip and valve very efficiently. He also fixed the toilet on the second floor, which had a malfunctioning water valve. The final thing we worked on was replacing a defective cartridge in the shower. I was very pleased with the work. I would hire them again if I needed a plumber."

"I'm gradually switching from gas to a mostly electricity-powered home. C.A.B. didn't try to talk me into go with the same old fossil fuel water heater. Other plumbers wanted to take the course of least resistance and just install another gas unit. C.A.B. had the expertise and initiative to take on this complicated, future-looking project. We never run out of hot water!"

"I coordinated the work with Mr. Rooter's home office. Unfortunately, they didn't relay to the technician that he needed certain materials to get the job done. This caused about a 60 minutes of extra time for the technician to search around for the part and then go pick it up. Other than that, the water heater gas control valve was successfully installed and I've got hot water again."

"We had a major sewer issue that needed immediate attention, and they went above and beyond. They quickly identified the problem, explained everything in detail, and got the repair done very quickly. The crew was professional, clean, and respectful of our property — they even made sure the area looked better than when they arrived. It’s rare to find honest, hard-working plumbers who truly care about their customers, but these guys delivered. Highly recommend them for any sewer or drain repair!"

"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."
