"Bob came to check out my furnace which was not blowing heat. The last person to service it had pressured me to buy a new one so I was almost certain that Bob was going to reiterate that view. However, Bob diagnosed the problem to be a simple broken igniter and he replaced it within few minutes. He indicated that everything else was great with my furnace and I should not expect to replace it for a while longer. I had messed up the appointment so Bob go to my house and had to wait 20-minutes before I did for which I offered to pay him for the wait time, but he declined by stating that the fix had taken far less than hour so there was no need for me to pay extra. I have not felt this great about a technician. If you need someone to work on your furnace or AC, I recommend that you talk to Bob first."

"A couple of weeks ago during the cold snap, my furnace died. I had a handyman friend look at it and he believed I needed a new blower motor. I called multiple companies trying to find someone to do the repair. This was on a Thursday and it was already 55 degrees in my house with snow in the forecast. Every place I called was more than happy to send a sales person out that day to sell me a new furnace but no one had a repair person that could come out before the next Monday or Tuesday. Grrrrrrr. I came SO close to buying a new furnace because I didn't know what else to do. Then I found AirPros on Home Advisor. The person who called me knew exactly what repair I needed and said he could have a service tech out between 2-4 that afternoon. When Jerry called to say he was on his way he had already researched where to find a blower motor for my particular, (old) furnace and was apologetic that he couldn't get the parts and do the repair until the next morning. Then he suggested that a smaller part that he already had, may be able to fix the problem. He was at my house before 2 pm and replaced that smaller part. 15 minutes later and for $225, my furnace was fixed. Jerry was kind, efficient and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I will need a new furnace, probably in the near future, and guess who I'm going to call? And I have been singing AirPros praises to everyone I know."

"The Friday before the current historic heat wave our aging AC was not cooling. We registered on home advisor and immediately received a call from product air. The showed up that afternoon after we returned their call at 3:00 PM. The Freon had leaked out of our 15 year old system. They gave us quotes to replace or repair on the spot. After researching prices, we confirmed that their quote was reasonable. They promised it would be installed the next day. They showed up first thing Saturday morning, a week before the then predicted record heat. Installation was prompt and clean. No one else could have done the job on this schedule. In the teeth of an already predicted heatwave and pandemic supply chain issues, this seemed like a miracle. The new system is performing quietly and perfectly through record heat. Our old system had been very noisy; other contractors had insisted nothing could be done. The equipment is Trane. Good stuff. These folks deserve your business. Top notch!"
