"I wanted to say a few things about this company. My other company sold to Dayco and this is my experience with the HVAC department. I called them because my upstairs unit was making a strange noise. Dakota came out and found the problem. He recommended what was needed and gave me an estimate. He was very professional. Later I spoke with Lane the service manager to ask a few questions. He was extremely helpful and also very professional. So, I will say that my first experience with Dayco was a very positive one. I would recommend anyone to give them a call."

"I was struggling with a vendor who installed a new AC and furnace 3 years ago that required service every year. The Guardian team was able resolve the issue in 2 days at a fraction of the cost the original installer quoted. Technician Josh Bennett was able to isolate the problem in 30 minutes. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and very professional. HVAC Service Expert Dave Dover arrived the next day to complete the required repairs and washed the outdoor system. My wife and I could not be happier with Guardian service. We joined their Shield Protection Plan Membership."

"Mr Paze was the only repair service that agreed to come out on a Saturday after 7:00pm . He was very professional and personable. He took my husband down with him to look over what was wrong with our AC unit. He explained everything that needed to be done and what the cost was. After we agreed to the repairs he took care of our problem in no time. We will use his service again if need be. I recommend him highly. He is friendly, efficient and professional. He stands by his work."

"I am only using Guardian for my ac going forward. The office staff was friendly and was able to get a tech out to my home same day. The tech was super knowledgeable and the repair and diagnostic cost were reasonable. Im calling the Experts from this point forward"

"I gave Cool Air Mechanical a call after reading their good reviews online. Every one I dealt with on the phone was very helpful, and were able to get help out to us ASAP. Jerry C. who came out was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and was able to diagnose our issue quickly and provided great options and advice. He returned with the replacement part and repaired our unit very quickly. I will definitely be calling on them, and Jerry specifically, for any work on our system in the future."

"They were great.  They negotiated with our insurance company and got us a rebate for part of the cost.

I will use them again.  They were very knowledgeable.  They have good customer service.  They were very prompt and responsive."

"we have a toliet 40 yrs old, Curtis was able to repair it however because one part was no longer available, we can use it but decided we'd get a new toliet. AND HAVE CURTIS INSTALL it. Curtis is so nice, just like all of the Estes employees we have had the pleasure of meeting with. My husbasnd has been a customer of Estes for aqpproximately 30 yrs. They are an excellent co. for AC, Electrical and plumbing! We've used them for everything. Curtis is honest and took his time helping us. You will feel like these guys are your "nice nephew, that you like" repairing whatever problem you are having! I have no affiliation with Estes..but I appreciate their employees! Thank you Estes for having Curtis and his partner!"
