"Jed replaced some wooden floor boards in my home after they were damaged when my hot water heater leaked. I found Jed thru Home Advisor on a Thursday, he called me right away and we scheduled a time for him to come out that Saturday to look at the job and give me an estimate. Jed gave me a fair price and we even discussed some repair work on my kitchen wall he could do at the same time - again, at a fair price. (I should mention that I already had the materials for these jobs and the price reflected that.) I live in a condo building, so Jed had to speak with the building manager, which he did that Monday. Jed worked with my schedule and completed the two-day job on Thursday morning and Friday afternoon. In addition to the floor repair, he also patched a large crack in my kitchen wall and repainted it. I was very pleased with Jed's workmanship, professionalism, and personality. He'll be doing some work in my mother's home next."

"Silvio came promptly around 9:00 AM and went right to work. He is diligent and very professional. He gave me good advice and honest feedback on the work he did. The weather stripping did not work out and he advised me against it. He was there primarily to install the drawers. I showed him the other smaller jobs to see if he could do the work, which he did. He didn't even charge me for the smaller repairs.  <br /> I appreciated his hard work and honesty.
