Everything was left neat and clean after the installation was complete. The men wore masks and were very careful to follow COVID 19 guidelines. They put down protective covers over all floors and carpets. The two men who came worked well together and were very considerate of our needs and answered all our questions. The owner of the company followed up with a call, the next day to see if everything is working to our satisfaction. They also planned to come out in a few weeks to check to make sure the unit is working properly and answer any questions we have on the new unit. They helped set up our new WIFI thermostats with our cell phones. We love being able to adjust the thermostat while we are away from home so the house is comfortable when we return. Just a very pleasant experience. We feel we have purchased a quality, reliable, and professionally installed system that will save us money and last us for years to come. "Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people. They will be my go to for heating, AC, plumbing and electrical from here on in. Glad I found them!"
