"The yearly service agreement I have for inspection of my furnace and central air was a great investment. Jim a furnace tech arrived today on time per great communication with him and his office. The inspection was far greater than I expected for the cost. The tech was pleasant and very good at his job. Being a retired field service technician I’m a good judge and was more than satisfied. I highly recommend Kettle moraine as over the years we have had them replace the furnace and also our central air. Every experience has been a pleasure and without one complaint."

"These guys are amazing. No matter what you need or when you need it, they are there. I have a 90+ year old home with a pretty darn old furnace/boiler. I was having trouble over and over with the boiler not turning on. Tim replaced and cleand up my boiler and everything worked for a while. Then it went out again. I know I need a new one but I told Tim I could not afford it. He was able to get this old monster thing up and running and did not charge me for the service portion of the last visit even though the failure was the boiler not him. Fantastic team. I have used them several times over the last 10 years and I would never go anywhere else. Very trustworthy and professional.

"Words cannot express how impressed and happy I am with the service I received from the guys at A Better Way. We started with an air conditioner repair - furry little gray critters took up residence over the winter and apparently feasted of the wires. I was shown pictures of the damage; repair options were explained; price for repairs was very reasonable. Unfortunately, along the way we also discovered the circuit board on my furnace was fried, necessitating a new furnace. Although I was not looking forward to that unforeseen expense, I appreciate their thoroughness in locating the problem. I would have been in deep trouble if it had not been discovered until it came time to turn on the furnace when the cold winds really began to blow. The guys did a marvelous job cleaning up after the installation - in fact left it cleaner than they found it! I HIGHLY recommend A Better Way!! I will definitely do business with them again."
