After checking our account, he returned to tell us that the part is covered under the 10 year warranty. He was very thorough and meticulous with his work. <br>We have dealt with Duggan for 8 years and had our unit serviced spring and fall each year. The office always communicates with the customer and let you know when the technician is on the way.
