"Tim gave us an honest evaluation of our existing water heater and options for repair or replacement. We decided to replace the water heater and Tri-State scheduled the next day. Installation was professional and l think Tim is the kind of craftsman you want representing your organization. The fact that you install the Rheem brand helped close the deal."

"Could not have been happier. Quick to respond and coordinate a service visit. Forrest was very informative and professional. Repair diagnosed and completed very fast. Got the water heater back up to speed and saved me a lot of money compared to a total replacement. They warranty their work for a year."

"I called looking for a same day emergency appointment. Office staff was friendly and helped set up same day appointment. Jordan and Justin came out to look at an old water heater I had and was able to replace it same day. They were timely and even offered us a discount."

"This was a difficult job and this group (William was the main plumber) was very professional and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for any plumbing problem. They knew what they were doing, had to dig up an old sewer line, repaired that line line with new clean outs, and put the area back better than it was before they dug up the line. The city of Fort Worth inspected and passed the repair. All was done in timely and professional manner. I have had other plumbers look at this job and either give me a ridiculous bid or refuse the job completely."

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"
