So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"CW got back to us right away and made an appointment to review the work and give us a bid. He was very nice and looked thoroughly over each area before giving and estimate. He was unsure about what was wrong with out toilet and said once he took it off, it may be a bigger job, or simply the bolts. He made sure we understood that this may end up being an expensive repair. We scheduled a time for him to come and he was very prompt. He completed all work that afternoon. He was very neat and very pleasant to talk to."

"I have had that service for 3 or 4 months. There were several robberies in this area and that is why I got it. They are competitive. It was one of those deals where I got it for free and then I pay for the monthly service. It is a two or three year contract. They call the police if someone sets off one of the sensors. If I do not get to the alarm in time, they will call me. I have had a couple of times where my grandson set the alarm and I went into the garage and did not hear it go off and the next thing that I knew the police were there. There is a $25 fine for those. It has nothing to do with the alarm company. If the city gets called out 3 times, the first time is $25, second time is $45, the third time is an additional $45, and they evaluate the system. That has not happened yet. I have been happy with them. It runs strictly by cell phone. They are right on it when that alarm goes off. They sent it to me and it had all of the parts and then I installed it and it is fairly simple to do.
