"The techs showed up right on time and were friendly and professional. The toilet they were working on had had the seal replaced when we bought the house four years ago so the tech was surprised it was already leaking. After working on the toilet for a few minutes, they called me in to explain that the flange came up too high from the floor. He said they could cut the pipe to fix that issue, but that it would be much more expensive. Instead, we decided to use shims to make up for the height issue. They finished work on the toilet and then quickly fixed the sink pipe. I was originally quoted $175 for both repairs, but because the pipe was so corroded, it needed to be replaced (not just cleaned), thus resulting in a slightly higher cost. I could easily see the corrosion on the outside of the pipe, so I wasn't surprised and thought the price was still reasonable for both repairs. I would definitely call this company again for help!"

Minor unexpected challenges - downdraft adapter hood, circuit breaker issues - were dealt with coolly and efficiently. Included in the estimate was approval by county inspector, who proved somewhat curmudgeonly in the process but Zach diplomatically handled the process and got the project approved. He even came out early on a Sunday morning to finish up the inspector's requirement. Never went over-budget, keeping exactly to his stated estimate. Tony (Van) Vandermark came over and spent 30 minutes exploring the crawl space beneath the house. He finally discovered that it had been installed beneath the kitchen sink when the house was built.
